Normally a positive experience here, nice friendly staff. Website says they open at 8:00am but the sign on the door says they don’t open until 9am which threw my schedule. I was counting on being able to get in there early. Fix website please

The lady that cut my hair, completely ruined it. Uneven in some spots, when she “layered” my hair you can actually see when she cut it since it was cut in chunks! Definitely don’t recommend her to anymore (forgot her name) she had blond hair and piercings, first station on the left when you walk in.
Gretchin at the Hatfield location is great! she has been cutting my hair for a while now and I continue to see her. I'm very happy with the way she cuts my hair
