My haircut there is Approved By Jane (TM). (two months later) Another haircut Approved By Jane. And I got a couple of spontaneous compliments on it the next day.

I had a really bad experience here. The service felt rushed and frustrating. The stylist asked me how to cut hair and wanted me to explain clipper sizes, which I don’t know. She came across short and seemed frustrated with her job. This was just for my kids’ school pictures, but it almost turned into an argument before I had to step away. Not a good experience at all
I hadn't been to GCs for several years...but read all the positive reviews for Sarah & they're all true. She is an outstanding stylist. She listens well & actually sections your hair before she cuts it...which most stylists don't do anymore. My hair is fine & you must be careful when layering it or you'll have 'scissor marks' & Sarah was proficient & blended it well. Miss Taylor was very rude just because I asked her to stop brushing my hair while washing it. I have psoriasis on my scalp and it hurts. Then she started brushing wet hair with some brush. After I asked her may I brush it, she rolled her eyes and started typing on her phone. IF YOU DO NOT FEE LIKE WORKING- then don’t work! She pulled so much of my hair because she was pissed.
