Selina was great! Will come back!
My daughter and I have used great clips for a few years at other locations, but Great Clips Elgin is our new favorite 🤩 AJ was wonderful with her and explained everything perfectly. Selina was very helpful in fixing what I didn't like that a previous stylist did with my hair. These ladies have great customer service and kept us at ease.

I brought my 7yr. Old daughter to get her summer hair cut with 6 min. To closing time. I asked if its to late and Joseph said no and come in and take a seat. Then Ariette gave my daughter the most beautiful haircut I seen. Thank you great clips
Went to get my haircut and the stylist was so kind given my insecurites about getting my hair cut in public. It was a very short wait and the kindness of the staff motivated me to come back and bring my stepdaughter to get her hair done :)
