She took her time. She was personable and detail oriented. One of the best cuts I’ve had.
Got on the waitlist, showed up before the expected wait time, it’s 5:42 and the door is locked and nobody will acknowledge me. There’s three staff members inside that keep looking over at me at the door and then looking away. Super weird, super awkward, crazy unprofessional. I just wanted to trim… really strange.
This place has got a lot better, would recommend
