I came back to have my haircut fixed, because it had a sharp choppy edge on top, normally they blend it as the preferences are in the notes, because I come here every time. It was 9 days after the cut. I have a crazy busy schedule and couldn’t get in any earlier. They told me there was a policy change, and you now have to return within 7 days. They said sorry we can’t make an exception. Well now I have to live with a choppy haircut for a month, porch somewhere else to have it fixed for more. $29.00 is a lot to pay for 12.00 ... read more
