Today I had experience where I found they don’t respect the queue. Even it was my number she took someone else who was kind of walk in and whose name even was not there in the queue. I was told that someone else will attend you even I expressed my disappointment.. it was really frustrating. What’s the point of online / in store check in?
Great experience, everyone is friendly and good price for a simple haircut. Everyone leaving a bad review is usually a cheap, ghetto customers that expect royal treatment with their $9.99 coupons..
Not sure why they have online check in. I was first on the list but they called the second person first.

We recently visited this salon for a haircut for my son. The stylist unfortunately caused a minor cut behind my son’s ear although my son was very steady and following all instructions. It wasn’t serious, but it was noticeable and did cause some discomfort. I don’t know if tools are being sterilized and cleaned properly and hope it causes no infection. It appears the stylist may still be in the learning phase and more supervision or training could help prevent incidents like this in the future.
