Got a haircut at this location Very disappointed 😞 My hair was cut in less than 5 minutes with layers A bad service and cut overall
The manager Sophia was the rudest , my daughter had a small tangle which could be taken care off with one brush ! She came running to the hair dresser who started with already and just got mad on the fact , asked me to take her and comb out the tangle , these hair dressers at Great Clips are trained to have maximum number of customers in an hr , they earn great with the tips, they are trained to do only men hair and cut it like you are doing grass ! Disgusting !!!!
Some times wait times would get bit longer. So going during the slower hours or days helps!
I had a very upsetting experience at this salon. The stylist was unprofessional and dismissive of my requests. Instead of following the direction we discussed, she did her own thing, leaving me with a look I’m very unhappy with. Her attitude was quite rude, and the whole ordeal ruined my upcoming plans. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Stylist name: Sun Ah
