VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!! They claim to have a (Satisfaction Guarantee), but that is a LIE!!!!!! This store is franchised. The corporate office of Great Clips has No Say whatsoever, how this store runs it's business!! My stylist cut my hair way too short!!! She was in a BAD Mood!! She didn't have anything nice to say, and never smiled at all!!! I tried to get some type of satisfaction/response from the corporate office but they claim IT'S NOT THEIR PROBLEM!!!!!
