Absolutely horrible experience. Aside from the terrible haircut the female cutting my hair didn’t seem to want to be there because zero conversation or engagement . Usually you get a haircut and you feel exciting about it. I’m going to go home and just shave my head it was that bad. Maybe they don’t like that you use coupons or something.

Worst haircut of my life. I went in to get a cut and they gave me a woman that couldn't speak English. I showed a picture of what I wanted and she started hacking my hair off. She cut it uneven and when I complained nobody seemed to care. It was awful. The staff their are unkind and incompetent. Do not use them.

I went in to get a haircut. I explained to the hairdresser how much I wanted cut off, and I told her that I want to keep my same style of hair. I have a bob style, When I came out my hair was wet, so when I got home I started drying my hair. Come to find out that one side of my hair was shorter than the other side, and I didn’t have a bob hair style anymore.It was cut really short and it was not the same style that I had. I will not be coming back.
