Got my hair cut and colored by Erika L and she did an awesome job. She listened to my ideas and concerns. I asked her if she can cuty hair a certain way and she nailed it. She is so sweet and wants to make her customers happy. She made me feel comfortable and we had a fun conversation. Love her personality. I highly recommend her.
Came in. A man was steps behind me. Was checked in and told it was a half hour wait. I informed them I would make a run and return. I returned minutes before my appointment only to discover that the man who was steps behind me was about to be escorted to a chair before me. Having an appointment doesn't matter to the them. Was told another stylish was coming back from break soon. I waited several minutes then left. She was still in her car smoking. Will not return.
Had a great experience. Donna did a great job with my haircut. Very pleased!
