I used the app to get my spot in line. Was seated soon after arriving. The hair stylist was professional and friendly. I'm very happy with my hair cut.
It was adequate. A new person cut my hair. It was a guy and I'm pretty sure he was new to this location. I usually get one the girls to cut my hair. He cut my hair to short and was not very cordial. I'll continue to go to this location, but really don't want him to cut my hair.
I'm a regular here. Usually there's 3 or 4 cutters on duty. There was 3. I happen to get a new guy. He was adequate, but not very friendly. Asked me if cutting notes were accurate, i answered, then he said nothing more. I'll keep going there but I don't want him cutting my hair.
