Last two times ive been there its always a problem. Once had someone help themselves to a little extra more of a tip then what I put. It was near the holidays so let it slide was only a couple dollars. This last time though was not a good experience. Showed what I wanted. Explained the situation that I obviously knew my hair wasn't going to look exactly like that and that's ok. Immediately the attitude started like it was bothersome to even cut my hair like that.
