Regret that I didn't listen to the reviews before going to this location. Staff have no interest in talking to clients, which makes it awkward. Girl who cut my hair realized at one point that it wasn't even. I thought she corrected it, but looking at it once it was dry made it painfully evident that she did a terrible job of making it even. It looks awful and there are some very long chunks hanging down. Never again will I go here. Hoping corporate can help me out because I never want to step foot in this location again.
My husband used to go here all the time. So he thought he would go back the Barber's used to be. There aren't there anymore, and there's all newer people. They told him they know how to do a high and tight skin fade? Then, after butchering his hair, the girl says, actually, I don't think I do know how to do this left his hair completely hacked bold lines through it, literal chunks, where the hair was not even with the rest of it. They butchered my haircut said they would give me my money back, didn't give all of it back. You know it's a really bad haircut whenever they don't even argue about giving some of your money back. I wouldn't trust them with your hair I spent hours crying. Wishing I never chose them.
It really doesn't deserve even a one star!! A really bad haircut. I shouldn't have had too pay for it!!!
