I had gone to Linda (manager) for second time getting cut and first time was great. The second haircut is fine accept I asked for gentle shampoo on my scalp because I have been having hair loss and other issues. Well she was scratching my scalp so much during washing that when I left and was driving home my scalp was burning from the scratch marks left behind on scalp.
