I have been a customer for about a year. love the service and the on-line scheduling. They ladies are awesome cutting my hair.
Hairstylist should not be making comments Asking if clients are on medication because they suspect hair loss when they are tugging and pulling the hair. To have Jennifer bring up multiple times “wow you have a lot of hair loss, are you on medication?” Was absolutely ridiculous, especially considering they have no business speaking about things like this. I have been to this Great Clips once before. The young lady that cut my hair did a beautiful job. I needed a hair cut that was long over due. I decided to go to the same Great Clips, and came out so angry with the crappy haircut. I am in the system with that I was there before and the haircut I received. I wanted a trim and my hair cut into layers. My hair is also always cut into a u shape. The lady cut my hair just cut it straight across, not even holding it to make sure she cut it straight.
