i usually go to great clips to get a haircuts because they’re quick and cheap however my experience there today was a little unpleasant as a hairdresser was being extremely rude to a customer using a nasty tone and when someone called her out for her rude and unprofessional behavior on it she started to yell at them telling her to mind her own business and that she cut this persons hair all the time. After the customer who called out the hair dresser left she continued to spout off to the other customers about what happened.... read more

We’ve been coming here for over 3 years. My boys are now almost 4, and 2 years old. USUALLY, it’s a decent cut if you get the girls on the right side of the shop when you walk in. New hires, and typically anyone working on the left side is horrible. Side note, I always tip at least $10 each kid. The woman today, 71 years old just does not know how to cut a boys hair. Asked for 1 on the sides and a fade. Not only did it take over 30 minutes, it came out looking choppy and horrible. Look at these photos. I had to pay for this.... read more

I had a $12.99 haircut coupon which I usually use but this time the coupon was not accepted and I had to pay full $24. I was told the owner did not subscribe to this coupon. How would I know which coupons does the owner subscribed to.
