We checked in online. When we arrived, the beautician saw us coming and came outside to assist us to get inside. My husband uses a walker and she wanted to be sure he was safe. I thought that was above and beyond. We really appreciated that!! And she did a great job on his haircut too!!
Stylist was more concerned about me being a few minutes late for online check in. I was only customer. She refused to look at picture of what I wanted, saying it was in system. She started to wack off hair.
