Are the hairdressers professional or trained? My hair looks like it’s been chop off unevenly all over. I am not confident to go back for touch up and salvage it. A simple request for a bob cut with layers with front length cover my cheeks. Looks nothing like the photo I showed her. Very disappointed. Worst haircut I’ve had. Paid the full price + tip for this ! Was there around 5pm on March 17.

I come here often for haircuts and usually have a good experience. Today was different. The lady was visibly annoyed when I asked her to take my sides down a level. She was like angrily chopping with the scissors at my hair and just started acting all but hurt about it. “You should have told me that earlier” was her response.
