I always have a good time here, great customer service and i really appreciate everything they do to keep my ever changing hair styles going. Yes they're busy but checking in from the app and heading in always saves me time.
This has been our go to for many years, but this hair cut was not a good job.
Asked for a fade. It looks bad . I told my hubby I don’t like it and the lady said “what would you like me to do, it’s clearly a fade”. I don’t appreciate the sassy “kindness”. If the work looks bad, then just admit to it and ask your counterpart to fix your mess up. He walked out looking a hot mess and she couldn’t even admit to it or give an actual apology bc “it’s clearly a fade” according to her. Tell me this doesn’t look like crap . I’ll wait.
