Got a hair cut here today, ended up with a sloppy, asymmetric haircut. Barber tried to gaslight me afterwards. Had to fix it myself at home afterwards.

Extremely upset about today's experience at this Great Clip. We showed her the hair cut we wanted for my son, the person that gave him a hair cut, decide to clip all his hair and made comments about how we shouldn't had dyed his hair. Extremely unprofessional, my son is very heart broken because he was excited about his red hair! I do recommend this place at all. I didn't go in to get schooled on what I should or not do with my kids hair. On top of ignoring the hair cut we request.

The stylist who performed the haircut was Wiley. I was dissatisfied with both the quality of the haircut and the overall customer experience. The haircut was completed in approximately five minutes from start to finish and appeared rushed. The cutting process did not follow the normal approach I have experienced during previous haircuts, and the final result did not meet reasonable expectations.
