Waited for 20 minutes to be told I couldn’t hold my kid (2yrs old) who was visibly uncomfortable sitting in a booster seat. Never had a problem holding him in the past with other hair cutting places. I’m sure it was just the stylist. But the fact I asked and she said no because of “elbows” then when she saw him meltdown still wouldn’t let me hold him. So after all that waiting no effort to help us accommodate him was not offered. Frustrating experience.
2nd time in a row that they have done a horrible job. First time the stylist told me she couldn’t do anymore for me. Went back the next day and another stylist fixed it. This time was worse than last time.
I’ve been taking my young son here for a few years now and it’s always a pleasant experience. His hair is always exactly what we ask for and the staff are super friendly! 🙂
I believe the girls name is Kasey( 2nd booth on the right from the door). I showed her a pic of what I wanted for my grandson and she went to work. Half way through I noticed she in fact was NOT doing what the pic showed and I stopped her! She had shaved all the way around( cutting cowlick in half) and was about to lord only knows what to to the top! It looked terrible but I was not gonna let her cut another hair on his lil head!
