It seems like trainees are practicing on customers’ haircuts. I had bad experience twice.
Rude staff. Not just with me, they were like doing a favor to everyone by offering a haircut. Not going back there. There was definitely a sense of racist behavior. I see I am not the first one complaining so, and doesn’t look like great clips is interested in taking any action either.
Koby is great, he is really good at his job!
