Jon struggles with haircuts. - Jon has messed up my kids haircuts before so we started going to another location. -We wanted to try this location again because it is close to our house. I love going here for a cheap shampoo. It’s how treat myself if i’m having a bad week. The employees are nice. One of them might need some retraining on professionalism. Most of the times I see her with other clients. She has done my hair twice. She has worn super innapropriate clothing. Crop tops and shirts that have beer logos on them. I've been taking my son here for years. So now they know him by name and get his hair done quickly and correctly every time. Once a couple years ago when I had a complaint, they went out of their way to contact me and make it right the next day. The wait times aren't bad and it's a clean shop. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.
Great clips by where I live is great. Went to this location when I was staying in the area for work and received the worst haircut of my life. I tried to have the stylist fix it but it remained terrible. Fade was terrible and not tapered after requesting to have it fixed, stylist took way more off the top than I requested. I had to go to another business and paid them full price plus a large tip to have them fix the awful cut I received.
