Glad I'm bald and don't need my haircut, cause when my wife calls CRYING because she asked for 2 inches cut off her layers, the stylist CONFIRMED she understood what my wife wanted and then proceeded to cut over 8 inches of length off and gets an "Oops I'm sorry" that complete crap... I get accidents happen but come on, do better!!!

Staff here or friendly and professional they provide excellent service at a reasonable price additionally using the Great Clips app is easy and a great way to let your stylist get to know you.
I came in one day before my graduation ceremony and asked haircut and beard trim. Unfortunately, my beard was messed up badly and the shape was not what I asked for at all. This was very disappointing, especially because tomorrow is an important day for me. I expected more care and attention, but the result was really frustrating. I would not recommend this place for anyone!
