I went to this great clips today hoping to get a quick and easy haircut but unfortunately left with a butchered cut and I'm now forced to walk around with a bald spot on the side of my head. The lady was constantly complaining about the job while cutting my hair and was saying this was her second time doing it. She then proceeded to charge me 32 dollars and couldn't even figure out how to work the register. I took my client that has dementia,in for a haircut and if gentle was a person, place, and thing, my client was handled with such care that after getting her back home, I convinced the spouse to visit for their next hair cut!
