Work haircut ever! My mom asked for her hair to be cut shoulder length, maybe a little longer, and ended up leaving with almost a bob so uneven and messed up. This lady took maybe 5 minutes and just chopped off whatever she felt like. She wasn't friendly at all and didn't know what she was doing clearly.
