I checked in online came in to the salon greet at the person at the counter and sat down. I proceeded to wait for 35 minutes before I got tired of seeing multiple people who came in after me being taken before me. I was on a tight time frame and followed all the check-in rules and waited patiently only to have to wait even longer before I had to say something in order to be acknowledged that I was waiting and had been waiting and that they were taking other customers before me.
