very slow service two girls standing at the front desk not helping either of the guest sitting in the waiting room and didn’t even say anything to us
Hit or miss on getting a hair stylist that will do a good job. We take our kids to get their haircut. Yesterday the lady returned my son (who has shoulder length hair) with his head still wet. When I asked she said blow drying would me considered a style, and it's not included in the cut?! That's news to me, since he's always had his hair dried before. Plus it was 30 degrees outside. Maybe that's some new policy I'm not familiar with but I was floored by it.
