The lady who cut my daughters hair seemed about as uninterested in doing so as you can get. Was not helpful at all when asked for advice on length and style. Maybe she was just having a bad day but I could tell she did not want to be there.
I have no idea what the name of the person is because I am writing this without my son knowing, so I can't ask. He just said it was the shortest lady there. I came to this establishment to get a haircut, showing a reference photo of a girl with medium length hair and a dramatic side bang, I have relatively thick hair, and it was to the middle of my back in length. I asked my stylist for the length and style of the reference. Checked in for a haircut and they said 42 minutes so we went to Walmart and spent 35 minutes and proceeded to great clips at 1:22. On the door was a sign saying lunch from 1:30 to 2. It wasn't 1:30 and was already closed. Why would they give us an appointment for when they were closed. Also the last two times I went there I was there waiting over an hour, at least 20 minutes more than they said. This was a nice salon.
