From the moment I was greeted walking in the door, it was a very professional and pleasant experience!
Rachel was great! One of the best trims I’ve ever had!!
The ladies that cut my mom's and my hair absolutely played in our face. The woman who cut my hair barely did ANYTHING after I show her a clear photo of what I wanted, which was layers. I genuinely believe I could've done bettter at home. I maybe have one shorter strand. The girl who did my mom's hair cut off WAYY too much, more than a foot at LEAST, and butchered it completely, and she also had a clear photo of what she wanted. $60 down the drain. Whatever you do, do not come to Great Clips.
Got in fast and girl was good at understanding what I wanted.
