The ladies that cut my mom's and my hair absolutely played in our face. The woman who cut my hair barely did ANYTHING after I show her a clear photo of what I wanted, which was layers. I genuinely believe I could've done bettter at home. I maybe have one shorter strand. The girl who did my mom's hair cut off WAYY too much, more than a foot at LEAST, and butchered it completely, and she also had a clear photo of what she wanted. $60 down the drain. Whatever you do, do not come to Great Clips.
