I am so sorry. I literally never write reviews. I am furious. I went in and asked for a shag cut with frame facing layers and long bangs. Asked her to keep the length as much as she could. She asked if I needed it pulled up for work. I said I do but if its shoulders or above I wont need to. Showed her a picture of an example but made the mistake of saying "but obviously mine will be a little shorter" (started with my hair just below the shoulders).
