Maybe more than two weeks out prior to cutting hair. It was not a great cut.
Love putting name on list online & receiving text when my time is coming up. Then just walk in get great cut & out in few minutes. Nice friendly help & the keep information on your last cut so don’t have to explain what cut you want. Got to love it.
Madeleine was very friendly, professional, and gave me a great haircut
Very disappointed with my kid’s haircut. The hair was uneven, going everywhere, and barely trimmed. We will be going back to our previous location. The service and attitude were very poor. A new trainer worked with my child, and it took 1 hour and 10 minutes—how do you expect a kid to sit that long? On top of that, the haircut was bad. Ms. Tay even said it’s “not our problem” if our child didn’t like it. This was a terrible experience, wasting both money and two hours of our time.
