Go see Brenda if you’re an adult woman! She did such a great job with my haircut and really took her time. I got a long layered bob, and it turned out beautifully. Even my husband, who usually doesn’t like shorter hair on me, said it looked great! I had highlighted my own hair and didn’t do the best job, but Brenda wasn’t judgmental at all. Instead, she kindly gave me helpful suggestions on what products I could try (and she wasn’t just upselling—they didn’t even carry some of the items she recommended). Why do walk-ins get punished when they’ve been waiting half an hour, then some online check-in strolls in and is immediately called back? I was there right at open, and the app wouldn’t let me check in because it said it was too early. Lousy policy. Just trying to force people to use your cell phone app.

Made my appointment arrived was 4 in line. The gentleman in front of me shows up with 4 and only said one. They took him and his kids and pushed us back an hour. And said, well, it's okay, he's family, totally disrespectful. It's been going there since they open i will never go back.
