I was a walk in. No issues putting me in. And she listened to what I wanted. She communicated with me very well. Prices were amazing.
I have been going here for a few months. I've had a couple minor issues, but got over them. My last haircut with Mackenzie was awful. She took me on, did my haircut. She knew ahead of time I wanted it washed and passed me off to another stylist, to wash my hair. That person washed my hair towel dried it, and then I was on my way. No blow dry, she didn't have me sitting back in the chair to style or nothing. Mackenzie moved my belongings I had on her counter to another spot.
