I stopped for a cut, not one other person there. The so called stylist just chopped my hair in about five minutes. I remarked it was the fastest cut I’ve ever had. It’s awful. Sides aren’t the same length, the back looks like a child did it. Tried to style it, well forget it. It’s do badly cut it don’t take a curl. I asked for a graduated bob, I got a chop job. Tried calling but no one answered the phone. Worst haircut I’ve ever had. Go elsewhere.
Stopped in this morning for a cut shortly after they opened. Thought it looked good - should have given it more than a quick glance. - My rearview mirror on the drive home showed me that my "evened out" sideburns is one completely buzzed off and the other halfway down my ear. -The taper around my ears is shaved bald a good 1/4 inch above and around my ears, and zero taper. I just got butchered at Great Clips Hyannis! When I walked in I had style to my hair, parted on the left, longer in front and combed, the barber took a clippers and just shaved my head! A two minute haircut. I thought she would shape it, but NO, just scalped my head. Totally didn't listen and care. I'm sorry I don't have her name. Beware...

My sons and I get haircuts at this location and love it. It’s easy to sign in online. We sometimes get coupons on the app and in the mail. We love the friendly staff too!
