If I could give a lower rating I would. Chopped off the top of the hair on the head despite the directions on previous haircuts. Beyond incompetent they have lost my business and we now have to cancel pictures

I stopped today for a haircut, honestly with pretty low expectations because of past experiences at other locations. I just needed a trim/cut, nothing crazy so I took a chance. Stephanie did a great job and was incredibly kind, and super easy to talk to. Hands down the best experience I've had at any Great Clips location. I will definitely go back solely for her! Thanks so much, Stephanie! 😊
Great people always friendly
My husband needed a hair cut and we were close by, so we stopped in. They asked for you to sign up on app. Got appointment for within an hour. Got a coffee next door and then wandered the Fresh Market in basement of building nearby till time for appointment. Stylist was kind and chatty and did a thorough job of the men’s cut. Price is great and we will be back.
