Now, I’m in 5th grade, but I went to great clips in first grade. My dad asked the lady to cut my hair to my SHOULDERS! What does she decide to do? If you said cut it to my ears you are correct!!!! Not to mention she was also making comments like “Oooooo! I see you cut your hair, bad girl….!” Like help, I cut a TINY peice off my hair because it had a huge rat nest on it. Anyways, I don’t think Great Clips did so great…..
The lady was so sweet to me. What she didn't know was I had a date that night and her telling me how beautiful my hair was gave me so much confidence. Thank you!
very bad customer service. very rude n disrespectful, she had shortish blonde hair n was very rough with my little brother .
I've been going to GreatClips salons all over the country for several years, but this store is my personal favorite and is close to my home. Holly, Kiki, Theresa and all the other stylists are fantastic, professional and engaging. They are very detailed and skilled and cut my hair exactly as I ask...but more importantly, they are fun and conversational and truly make the experience a blast!
