I called for some help on a matter and the manager refused to help and hung up on me! Not great
I take my son and grandsons to get their haircut by Sophie and the Manager *Shameka. I was taking my son alone at first for about two months and he always asks for Ms. Sophie. He loves how gentle and kind she has been. My grandsons love how the Manager cut their hair and listen to their ideas. Both are great and pleasantly professional. It only took them about 15 to 20 minutes to cut their hair. 4 boys and we were in and out in about 45 minutes no long wait time to start.
Excellent service! Excelente servicio!
Shemeko is wonderful! She advised, understood and executed the style I wanted using the razor cut technique and also educated me on the product to use to achieve the look on my own! She is a 100% keeper!
