I give this website 1 star. Nowhere does it say the name of my last stylist and nowhere on sign in on the app can you see if that same stylist is working today or request them again so you either have to go in or call if you know their name and since my last stylist moved and doesn't work there anymore it would be good to know because I forgot the new stylists name and she did an excellent job and I give her 5 stars and this website 1 Star

On Thursday July 3rd 2025 @ 7:20 pm I went to Great Clips on Tanner Lane in Clinton, TN. They were about to close at 8:00 pm. This lady called me up to cut my hair. (wearing the brown shirt and black jeans) As I walked up she was complaining about customers that come in at the end of her shift and make her stay late. I came in about 30 minutes till close.
