If i could rate a zero i would, so i made an appt online at home said 65min wait we waited came up within 50 mins … just ti be told it’s another 45 min wait. So how do u go from 65 mins waiting to anothet 45 mins, this isnt the first with this place but it be my last time coming they never have the same people they change every 2 mths to a new crew an half of them dont even need scissors in thier hand!!

I came to get my curtain bangs a touch up and the I'm not sure if she hear me say curtain bangs, I think she just heard bangs and just gave me bangs that sticks up, I look like a 4 year old girl that cut her own hair, definitely have to go back to Shaye, she did it perfectly last time
