We have had Dena cutting our kids hair a few times and she is always very rude and nasty. First couple times we assumed she was having a bad day...but it keeps happening. She does not like cutting kids hair and is very vocal about it. We even witnessed her complain about other people's kids. If she cant figure out how to be nice and professional she shouldnt work in customer service. She at least has someone else come check her haircuts so she must know shes not good at her job.
