10+ year great clips customer, on top of that I always I tip 200%. walked in for a undercut, place was empty. I have always been charged a neck trim. stylist said it would be the price of a full hair cut. franchise policy. $18 for a 3min cut to take 1 inch off 1/4 of my head? you’re absolutely out of your damn mind. shame on whoever owns this franchise.
I asked for my length to be below my shoulder blades (mid back). By the time she was done it was 6" shorter than I wanted. Not anything remotely close to what I asked for. I will never come back. If I had a redo button I would press it and go elsewhere.
