The ladies here are always so patient with my kids. I appreciate the online check-in feature and that the haircut notes are saved each visit. They do double check to make sure I still want the same cut for the kids.
Absolutely unacceptable—botched haircut and zero accountability I gave Great Clips another chance today, and I regret it deeply. No matter which location I try, it feels like the stylists are completely untrained or uninterested in listening. Today’s experience was the worst yet. The stylist didn’t know what a wolf cut bang was—despite us showing clear reference photos.
