Went in on Sunday 10/25 at around 8:15 a.m. A stylist with brown hair and dyed blonde in the front was working with my eldest son. He has curls and I requested very minimal off the top as he loves his curls. She butchered the curls. My son was visibly upset as was I. The stylist kept asking if his hair was ok. I just stayed quiet because the hair was already cut. Then she had the audacity to say to my child, "your mom is just so speechless by your hair." I went here for a haircut on Saturday. I specifically told the stylist I only wanted my ends swept I told her I am trying to grow my hair out especially the top. She assured me I was in good hands. I told her again I only wanted a trim, I couldn't stress it enough. Welll she ended up cutting off an inch. Im so sad because it took me forever to get where I was and now I have to start all over again. Please ladies, listen to your clients, I dont understand what is so hard about that.
