I had the worst experience of my life at this location. The stylist had NO idea what she was doing. She ignored EVERYTHING I requested and not one time did she look at the instruction that was put in the computer. She did a hack job on my hair and now I get to go around looking dumb with a horrible haircut. I called the store and spoke to a manager, Emily but she was not interested and I had to call 7 times because I kept getting hung up on. I've been getting my hair cut here for roughly 16 years. And the staff is always great. Recently had a slight uneven hair cut that I didn't notice at first, but came back and they fixed me right up. Truly amazing staff. If you need that quick trim, or even something more complicated. The staff here will do you right. I'll continue to keep coming here for the next 16 years.
