I went in for a normal haircut and checked in on the app. I was next in line when I got there. The next person was about to be called by the associate. She stood there and saw someone walk in. She greeted him and asked him if he was “customer name “ and assisted him. The interesting thing is they are both the same race, I am not. So definitely felt odd that I was clearly next in line on their screen and I was skipped. Only thing I did was bring this up to the manager because of the discriminating welcome I was given.

Angela was too rushed to pay any attention to what she was doing when she cut our 7 year olds hair. Couldn't tell how uneven it was until the next morning. Luckily when we took him back Brianna was able to fix it. Most of the staff is great! One bad apple could ruin the bunch!!
