My hair always feels amazing after my visit! The environment is comfortable and bright! I enjoy the stylist expert knowledge!
I went in for a little trim which I get about every two month. I told the lady that I was just getting it a little shorter and to do the same haircut (she cut my hair before) I left the salon with different style, and it is very unflattering. I have a round face, and I need to stay away from square cuts which is exactly what she did. She failed to fix it, and I had to go somewhere else. I will not get my money back as per the manager!
the first time i went, the hair cut was good enough for the price i paid, but this last time i went (4-27-2012) my hair cut turned out nothing like i wanted it to (i had a picture to go by) and it was in fact, kind of a bad hair cut in general. my hairdresser was an older white man, and as soon as he started i knew it wouldn't end very well. he also kept leaning on the chair i was sitting in, and was really slow. i have now decided i'm never getting my hair cut by a straight guy ever again.
