I want to give them 5 Stars but I had to take one away for a couple reasons. Or maybe just one but we will get there... I want to start by saying that Gloria did an amazingly good job doing my daughter's hair. She asked for a wolf cut and that is what she got. She told me today when she got home from school that a lot of kids and staff at the school noticed her haircut and said they loved it. So went to get a haircut. I do a size 3 guard nothing smaller. I got done and she said she did a size 2 guard on my sides. Which I didn't ask for at all. She even shaved off my side burns. And she cut the back off my neck up. Feels like I have a sunburn. There are multiple spots missed and she didn't even get the hair off me when she was done. I've been going to this location exclusively since moving to Medford. I like this location, but there is one stylist that I have to turn around and walk out if she is working. She has butchered my hair, and my son's hair, on several occasions. Plus, she always smell like cigarettes. Would give 4-5 stars otherwise.
The stylist who fixed my hair after having a bad cut elsewhere, was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and took her time cleaning it up, making sure everything was to my satisfaction before I left. She's a highly skilled stylist who provides special attention to problem areas that other stylist neglect. Thank you!!
I highly recommend this Great clips location. The staff are very skilled.
