Absolutely worst experience my daughter has had. Usually go to a local small town hair salon but was not able to in short notice. Needless to say I could have done a better job myself. This place should be shut down. Took a chance and boy was that a mistake please do NOT waste your money at these places find a local salon and spend your money there. I have been going to this shop for nearly seven straight years and have loved it every time. Unfortunately, yesterday (6/29/25), I went in and received a haircut that makes me feel truly embarrassed and I will not be returning. Even if this was her first day it would still be disappointing. I’m very lucky that I can wear a hat at work or I may have quite seriously called in. I’m even wearing a hat until I go to bed because I’m embarrassed by my girlfriend seeing it. Good cut good service.
App didn't tell me when my check-in time was. So I had to call them to ask. She told me it was for 5:50. I get there at 5:47 and she tells me there are 3 ahead of me. Turns out they took walk ins and put people ahead of me. Then they act like they're the victims. One girl saying, "I don't run the technology." The other saying, "we can't help it, it's only us here." Excuses excuses. Place is trash and the girls working are rude. Avoid this place at all cost.
