Signed in with 30 min wait and waited another 30 mins to be seen but since I didn’t sign in on app they pushed me off and I’m not waiting no hour for a great clips hair cut half ass, customer service poor will not go back
They stopped doing the veterans discount. Like $1 was killing them. It was a nice gesture and got me in the door. There's other places that are more convenient.
Updated Jan 2025. Still good, still 5 stars. Friendly staff. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Online check in was helpful I skipped right ahead to the front. If you put your phone number in the online check in they can pull up your notes. All around easy! Avoid Saturday morning, it's their busiest time. Roll in around 2 or 3 and things go much faster
Diane was very happy and cheerful person, she asked which cut length i wanted since i have 3 different types for the seasons, she did a great job
