Checked in online, very short wait upon arrival, got a great haircut from Monique - she was prompt, courteous, patient, and professional - overall really nice experience.
I’ve been going to Great Clips for a while now but really it’s a person who cuts the hair; didn’t quite like the person who did my hair! Bc she didn’t even part my hair in 4’s she didn’t even bother to see my hair is Even or Uneven! Nor she hand me a mirror to look & see the back of my hair?! My Cosmetologist did a great job. She was very friendly and listened attentively to what kind of cut I wanted. I'd give her a 10!
I'm outraged... I was just there in the waiting room. I signed in online at my house like I am supposed to so that I don't have to wait in the waiting room. My son and I sat there 10 mins before we were next once the text told me to come on in. The lady decide to skip me because the kid that was after me sat there longer .. BUT the rule is who ever sign in first is next in line NOT who ever sat there longer. I sign in so that I don't have to sit there for 45 mins waiting. I am NEVER going there again. I took my autistic son to this Great Clips and had the pleasure of meeting the sweetest stylist, KK. She was incredibly patient, kind, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. She did an amazing job with my son’s hair and made the entire experience comfortable and stress free for us. It’s not always easy finding someone who truly understands and works well with children who have sensory needs, but KK was amazing. We will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend asking for her.
