I think Her name is Miha sorry if I spelled it wrong she has been wonderful several times. I have seen her and have done a wonderful job. She is really pleasant to talk to.
The older woman botched my hair. Partially my fault for going to great clips but as stay at home mom trying to treat herself a little I was being hopeful. I asked before sitting if she was confident to help me with bangs and said she was. I showed a picture of what I was looking for. Nothing crazy just a wispy curtain like bang. I left crying. The hairstylist asked me how much I wanted off the top. I said one inch. She then asked me what size I wanted for the back and sides. I told her a size 5. She took a lot more than an inch off and I saw her grab a different size. She didn't ask me if what she was doing was okay and just proceeded to cut.
