Hair dresser seemed to be rushed. Did not complete the trim of my neck and around my ears.
This place is truly trash their skill set and their experience is very limited they really shouldn’t be cutting anyone’s hair spent less than 10 minutes in the chair and got the most horrific haircut
I took my grandson to the Vienna WV location today and was not happy. My grandson never cries when he gets his hair cut and he was so upset he couldn’t tell me why till we got in the car. The manager is the one that cut his hair and I heard her say look up in a very stern voice so I started paying attention and seen my grandson crying.
