Disappointed with my recent visit due to poor service and lack of professionalism. I had checked in online and was first in line, but was passed over for someone who hadn’t checked in. Then another customer, who was third in line and clearly upset, was prioritized over me. When the stylist called the next name, she turned to me and—in front of the disgruntled customer—asked if I minded letting him go ahead. I've been getting my hair cut here for 10+ years. I love this place and wouldn't go anywhere else!!! All of the stylists are cheery and very skilled. Shout out to my favorite, Bre!!!
