Absolutely HORRIBLE!! This lady doesn’t know what face framing is and totally ruined it and made it look choppy. Never had this issue before. I’m so mad paying $22 for a hair cut i can’t stand! Plus on top of that she was just a really rude person and literally just choooed at my hair Aggressively. Very weird behavior and I kept explaining to her what to do and she just made it worse or worse.
While I have never had a bad haircut from Great clips, I typically try to have one specific stylus cut my hair consistently when I go in. Rebecca takes very good care of me. It is extremely professional and skilled at her job.
