I had a very bad experience at the Walton location, the person cutting my hair started shaking so bad and should had stopped but she tried to cutting before I made her stop. I could not believe the other stylist didn’t tell her to go take a break or go home. I still paid the full amount and left. I went to the Richwood location and the lady did her best to make it look halfway decent. Can’t wait for the two weeks before it grows out. I hope the lady is okay but needs to understand when to not cut hair
They had a new girl that was transferred from Carolton and she did not do a good fade. My hair is so uneven and just butchered now. The first 3 times I’ve gone here have been fantastic but this 4th was rough.
hair was so bad that another person straightened best she could they did give money back and apologized wasn’t there fault just one really bad hair stylist
