Jenna did my hair and she was extremely nice to talk to and I really love love love how she did my hair!! Was very LGBTQ+ friendly with me too which is a must have.

I was not very happy with my cut. She started to use clippers...they always use scissors or razor to cut my hair. She acted like she hasn't cut hair before. The stylist next to her suggested to use scissors. I have used Great Clips for years and this was a first for me. If I do come back and I get her....I will walk out. She even over charged me. I told her the always gives me the senior price and she shrugged her shoulders and I left.
