Cannot follow instructions at all. My son requested to leave the front of his hair alone, and they interpreted that as “shave it from bottom to top”. Now his hair is ruined and it will take ages to grow back. 1 star.

By far the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. The stylist was unfriendly, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy in how she treated customers. On top of that, her haircutting skills were below average. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. Would give zero stars if that's an option

I hardly review any place publicly as it impacts the business negatively, knowing the harships of entrepreneurship. But not this time as i was throughly disappointed, not once but twice. Worst possible hair cut, how bad these guys are trained to leave bald patches in the hair. Couple of months ago it was for my kids, which i thought was a mistake, but today its for me. Im not not going to this place again, if possible please avoid.

I would like to choose a zero star review but this is the worst haircut of my life Ive ever been to. Nancy did my haircut so dirty and took the screen and put a tip to herself for $2.00. Nancy was being very uncooperative.
