Very disappointing experience. I visited this location and was attended by a staff member named Angela. She did not clean her equipment after the previous customer before starting my haircut. I assumed she would use sanitized tools, but instead she began using the same ones, which still had visible lots of hair on them. I had to stop her because it was unhygienic. Wouldn’t have given 1 star but no option. Very unprofessional and disappointing. They took a booking online , messed up the queue and at the end said they don’t have time to do the hair cut for the kid after an hour of waiting. Never returning to this salon and wouldn’t recommend to any one

I usually don’t leave unless I’ve had a truly terrible experience. I had booked an appointment online and walked into the salon. The experience was awful, and her response was terrible. She was impatient to reply when I explained what I wanted to cut my hair. I’ve been coming to this store for the past five years, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
