Beware Before You Book! One of the worst haircut experiences we’ve ever had. My son walked out of this salon fighting back tears after seeing the result. The haircut was so poorly done that we had to go straight to another barber shop and pay again to get it fixed. A haircut should build confidence, not ruin someone’s day. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened here. Think twice before trusting this salon with your hair.
The people here were very rude and made me upset. I understand that they had many clients after me, but it isn’t an excuse to be mean. They were making jokes about other clients, and when I showed the hairstylist an example video of what I’d want, she rudely said that she wouldn’t follow that. I asked her a question and she laughed at me. The haircut itself wasn’t the worst.
Completely unprofessional staff
Theresa did such an amazing job! I’ve always had issues getting my hair right and she did it just great. Thank you Theresa :)
