I found a stylist I really liked at Great Clips and like that I can call and know if she is working. I also like that they document how they cat my hair, so if she isn’t available, others can replicate the cut.
Place is great they need to change the name to beautiful barberettes they are nice and concise about what style you want.
Good pricing and reasonable. My husband and I get our haircuts there every 3 to 4 weeks.
The wait list was wrong. I got over it was packed so I checked in and waited in my car. And when I got back they cleared my name. No professionalism.
Online wait said 30 minutes, so I checked in. When I arrived at the location, the estimated wait time was 14 minutes. After ten minutes, the wait time jumped to 31 minutes. The wait was at least an hour from check in. The ladies blamed it on corporate and told me a negative review would not bother them. I was told it was common sense that a negative review would not hurt them. I understand they are probably underpaid, but it was a terrible customer experience.
